On-Site Carpet Services

Choosing The Right Carpet
Executive aircraft carpeting is a vital component of any aircraft interior. It should be durable, visually appealing, and comfortable. When choosing an aircraft carpet, the customer must consider several factors: the aircraft type, level of foot traffic, desired design, pricing, manufacturing techniques, and lead time.

At Carolina Avionics and Interiors, we believe in the power of collaboration. We work closely with leading carpet manufacturers and our valued customers to create custom carpets uniquely tailored to individual design, visions, and layout requirements. This ensures that every project is personalized to meet our clients’ specific needs.

MATERIALS

  • New Zealand wool
  • Cashmere
  • Silk

MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES

  • Broad loomed
  • Machined-Made with Hand- Over- Tufted
  • Robotic Tufting
  • Hand Tufting
  • Hand-sculptured 3D Patterned Carpets.

By partnering with our manufacturers, we can offer our clients a diverse selection of products and services. We provide everything from in-stock, ready-to-ship quality wool carpets to highly customized hand-tufted carpets featuring exceptional designs and artistry. This collaboration allows us to create endless possibilities to meet our clients’ unique needs.
Once the carpet is ready for installation, our highly skilled technicians will utilize precision templates and measurements to cut the carpet to a flawless fit. After checking the fit of all carpet pieces, our technicians will then complete all surging or binding as required before the final carpet installation. In addition, if requested, we can install new acoustic carpet padding, provide carpet aisle runners and mats, and custom-fit vinyl maintenance runners for your aircraft.

COMPLIANCE
All materials used meet or exceed all FAA fire-resistant regulatory requirements, and all carpets are certified for aircraft use. In addition, we provide all owners and operators with the required aircraft-specific burn certifications for their permanent records.
